Secluded 80-acre country estate between Eudora and Lawrence.  Very private and relaxing.  Hiking, woods, cattle to watch, 2 fire pits, swings, pond for fishing or just sitting.  7-person hot tub.  Regulation horseshoes and a tee-pee!  12 minutes to Lawrence with restaurants galore.

 

Breakfast cooked to order with advanced menu choices.  Gourmet coffee and fresh orange juice.  Wine and cheese each evening.

Guests can do a 4-wheeler or truck tour of the pasture, feed the cows each evening, or just walk up to the fence and interact with the cattle; walk 50 acres of corn stalks and look for pheasant, prairie chickens and quail; watch for deer or fox each morning; or fish in the pond whenever the mood strikes.

Master suite with jacuzzi tub and shower:  $249 per night

 

Upstairs room with fantastic view, bath with shower only: $189 per night
